Data Model for the Analysis of UN Activities
We would be glad to have your comments.

For this Model we used our DBA Cloud Services Model as our Design Pattern.
This Tutorial is intended for students and other people who
are interested in Data Modelling and learning about the United Nations.

It combines a 'Self-Study' course in Data Modelling with techniques
in information analysis to answer these four questions :-
1. What Activities does the UN have in progress ?
2. How many people are involved in each Activity ?
3. What is the budget for each Activity ?
4. Where does the money come from ?

Click here to read the Tutorial and the story of how it developed.

When I got started this Project it became clear that it was a good idea because it was difficult to find answers to the 4 questions above.
Some Typical Data Sources :-

1) Syrian Mission to the UN
2) UN Activities - Global Compact
3) UN Activities - Int'l Day of Peace
4) UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
OCHA organized the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2016
5) UN $1 million Appeal for Nigeria
6) UN Work on Disabilities

One example of our analysis is a Listing of the Top-Ten Activities ranked by Head-count and Expenditure.
I have defined my work on the Project in a number of Phases that define a Tutorial that takes you through the logical step involved.
