Here are the Specifications and the Data Model for our Proof-of-Concept.

We might also design a Dimensional Model.
For the Proof-of-Concept, Apex will be used to create and modify
data in the Documents, Locations, ‘Products in Shipments’
and Shipments tables.
Spreadsheets will create data in the Customers and Products tables.
